Description

Little Axe Public Schools is seeking a dynamic and passionate English Educator to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be certified to teach English, with coaching duties possible. This individual will be able to cover foundational pieces of high school English, while maintaining a collaborative, inclusive learning environment for students of all levels. Key Responsibilities: ? Create a welcoming and supportive environment for students to grow and succeed. ? Teach with a focus on developing strong foundational skills and preparing students for higher-level English. ? Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and school administration. ? Collaborate with colleagues to create cross-curricular opportunities and enhance the overall English program. ? Oversee a daily advocacy period to mentor, develop, and maintain positive relationships with students.
