Nap Ford Community School

Nap Ford Community School is a regular public charter school. It is one of 252 schools in Orange County Public Schools. Nap Ford Community School has an enrollment of 134 students in grades PK-05. Enrollment has increased +10% to +15% over the last year.

Our mission is to educate and empower children who are marginalized. Our design exemplifies the belief that the school acts as the hub of its community by engaging community resources and offering a range of on-site programs and services that support the success of students and their families. Because of the unique needs of children and families in high poverty/under-resourced areas that extend beyond the traditional academic services; Legends Academy will actively engage community partners to provide wrap around services for children and their families. These services will address the needs of the whole child – academic, physical and social-emotional. * Educator Recruitment: A key priority for our school community is to recruit and retain the most capable, intelligent, resourceful, and committed individuals in education. We all work as a team to enhance our educational practices to ensure that they are industry leading, cutting-edge, and continually refined.
