Description
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish written and oral communication, required
- Proficient computer skills including experience with a variety of software programs to include Microsoft Word, Quicken, Excel, Access or other district approved programs.
- Ability to coordinate workload to meet changing priorities, schedules, and deadlines.
- Clean Criminal Background Check, TB test and child protection registry clearance must be completed prior to start of employment.

Primary Duties:
- Possesses the tact to deal amicably and effectively with people.
- Prepares online correspondence, forms and reports.
- Meets and greets visitors utilizing excellent customer service skills to ascertain the purpose of their visit/call and effectively resolve their inquiries.
- Provides interpreting services, as needed, for district students and their families.
- May maintain a calendar and/or schedule for the supervisor or others. May be responsible for scheduling classrooms, coordinating meetings, etc...as necessary.
- The employee may be responsible for assisting the administrator in preparing documentation, presentations, letters, etc....
- Applicant will be required to work in person in the building
