Hours: 8 hours This is a 1st shift position from 7:00 A.M.- 3:00 P.M.
Hourly Rate: $24.56 to $26.48 depending on experience

Position Description:
In this position you will be responsible for the general maintenance of facilities. Coordinate building maintenance schedules to insure a safe and comfortable environment in which to work and learn.
Responsible for completing Preventive Maintenance work orders as assigned. Fill in for Head Custodians as assigned. Willing and able to follow safety guidelines and rules and willing and able to use recommended Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.)
Qualifications:
- Minnesota Chief Class C license preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent, plus three to five years experience as a custodian preferred.
- 3-5 years building maintenance, basic electrical, plumbing and air distribution knowledge preferred.
