Additional Compensation for Occupational Therapists:

| Certification Stipend | Percentage of Base Pay | 2% of base pay provided for ESA's who hold their Washington State License. Prorated by FTE. OR 5% of base pay provided for ESA's who hold national certification through their professional organization. Prorated by FTE. |
