The Highline Public Schools Human Resources department is seeking Floating Paraeducators (Paraeducator 2) to join our community for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year!

SUMMARY: 
The Centralized Floater Paraeducator 2 serves as a versatile and responsive member of the Highline Public Schools support team. Assigned and coordinated through the Human Resources department, this position provides short-term (up to four weeks) instructional, behavioral, and personal support to schools across the district based on emergent needs. Ideal candidates thrive in varied educational settings, demonstrate strong adaptability, and possess both technical proficiency and interpersonal finesse. This role plays a critical function in ensuring continuity of care, instruction, and safety for students when staffing needs arise at multiple sites.
