Targeted Services- Middle Level Coordinator

Job Title: Targeted Services Coordinator- 1 for each location
Reports to: School Site Administrator
Location: Lincoln Center, Kaposia Education Center, and SSP Middle School

Job Overview:

The After School Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of after-school activities for students. This role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants, and maintaining effective communication with parents, school staff, and community partners. The goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and enriching environment that helps students build academic, social, and emotional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Supervision & Safety:

• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

• Oversee student behavior, enforce program rules, and address any issues as they arise.

• Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures to guarantee the safety of students and staff.

• Maintain open and regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress, program updates, and any issues.

• Collaborate with school staff and community organizations to enhance program offerings and secure resources.

• Track student attendance, participation, and performance in the program.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make data-driven improvements as needed.

• Report program outcomes to school administrators and other stakeholders.

• Ensure the program complies with school district policies, local regulations, and licensing requirements.

• Prepare and submit Continued Learning Plans
