QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's  Degree preferred.
• The minimum of completion of two years of college training. (Consideration will be given to individuals who have supplemented their work experience through training or coursework and relevant work experience.)
• Experience working with students in community, recreational or educational settings.
• Experience working in a diverse cultural, social and economic setting.
• Willingness to work non-standard work weeks, flexible work days, and attend evening activities.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Possess strong leadership and team building skills.
• Possess computer skills including word processing and spread sheets.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision to obtain program goals.
