Description

Goals of Fayetteville City Schools: 1. To increase the number of students proficient in reading and mathematics; 2. To encourage and promote professional development of educators and administrators; 3. To provide a high-quality curriculum based on the needs of the students; and, 4. To provide a safe learning environment.

Mission Statement

WE BELIEVE: High expectations promote success. Each student is a valued individual and should be challenged to the fullest. The school, family and community must work as a cooperative group to provide a supportive learning environment. It is our responsibility to allocate resources and ensure their use to support staff performance and student achievement. Students should be provided a safe, caring and disciplined learning environment. Assessment results should be used to link instruction to student needs and individualized educational opportunities outside the school day should be provided to addresss the needs.
