Description

The Brooklyn Center Independent School District #286 was established in 1958. Earle Brown Elementary served K-6 and high school students tuitioned to Minneapolis School District. In 1961 Brooklyn Center High School was opened. Today the 2.8 square mile first ring suburb of Minneapolis serves a diverse community in educational programs pre-K to 12th grade. There are over 200 employees evenly split between elementary and secondary education; specifically, 125 licensed faculty.
