Orangeburg County School District 03

Orangeburg Consolidated School District Three, located in the lower southeastern part of South Carolina, serves approximately 3,320 students. The district is comprised of one high school and a combined state of the arts Technology Center, one middle school, and four elementary schools. The district is comprised of Holly Hill, Elloree, and their environs to include the townships of Eutawville, Vance, Providence, and Santee. The population of Holly Hill and its environs, within a fifteen miles radius, is approximately 33,140.

The mission of Orangeburg Consolidated School District Three is to ensure that all students possess the skills necessary to be life-long learners and responsible, productive citizens in a global society by providing challenging experiences in a safe and nurturing environment.
