Description

Roanoke County Public Schools is comprised of 16 elementary schools, 5 middle schools, 5 high schools & 1 technical center. Enrollment is 14,000 students. Annual total expenditures are $102,300,000. Pupil teacher ratio is K-2 18:1, 3-5 21:1, with an average ratio for all grades of 20:1. Our school system is located in the beautiful Roanoke Valley between the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Appalachian Mountains.
