Middlesex County Public Schools

Description

We are a small, rural school system with approximately 1.190 students, served by over 125 professional staff. We have one elementary, one middle, and one high school. All facilities are in excellent condition. We are bordered by the beautiful Chesapeake Bay & Rappahannock and Piankatank Rivers. These major bodies of water make us a haven for the laid-back rural lifestyle which includes boating, both sail and motor, kayaking, skiing, swimming and fishing. We have a great golf course and plenty of interesting restaurants. We are one hour due east of Richmond, VA. and one hour north of Colonial Williamsburg, and an hour west of Virginia Beach. The year-round climate is moderate, with mild winters.
