Henry County Public Schools

Henry County is located on the southern border of Virginia in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. HCPS student enrollment is over 7,000 across nine elementary schools (including nine preschool programs), two middle schools, two high schools, a regional alternative program, community learning center, career academy and adult education program. HCPS is the largest employer in Martinsville and Henry County with over 1,150 full-time employees, over 450 part-time employees and a 2018-2019 operating budget of $81,909,825.
