Franklin City Public Schools serves the small city (8800) of Franklin, Virginia (50 mi west of Norfolk, Virginia Beach) in three schools, PK-5, 6-8 and 9-12. The division serves about 1080 students and maintains a low student teacher ratio throughout all grade levels.
