New Horizons Career & Tech Center

New Horizons Regional Education Center is a comprehensive regional education institution serving Gloucester, Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg-James City County and York County Virginia. New Horizons includes career and technical programs, the Governor's School for Science and Technology and special education programs and services. Evening classes are provided for adult education and apprentices.

To serve the educational needs of the Peninsula's school divisions, New Horizons will prepare students educationally, technically, and socially, according to each student's needs, to become more productive citizens.
