South Sanpete District

South Sanpete School District provides education for students in the southern half of Sanpete County with the district offices being located in Manti. There are 3 elementary schools, 2 middle schools, 2 high schools and 2 alternative schools within the district. Sanpete County is located in the center of Utah and is a rural county filled with a friendly small town atmosphere. Snow College, in the center of the county, provides continuing education and theater that adds to Sanpete’s many festivals and cultural celebrations. The scenic landscape provides recreational opportunities all year long, from snowmobiling and snowboarding in the winter to rock-climbing, fishing, biking and ATV trails in the summer. The 100 miles of Skyline Drive along the top of the Wasatch Plateau is considered one of the most scenic drives in the United States.
