Description

Since Morgan County School District consolidated in 1908, the district's reputation for excellence in the classroom and on the field of play is recognized throughout the state. The heart of the success lies with its outstanding faculty, eager students, and supportive parents. Morgan School District is home to two elementary schools (grades K-4), one middle school (grades 5-8), and one high school with a total student population of 3300. Many families choose to live in Morgan based on the quality and performance of our schools. Educators who visit our school frequently praise our students for their efforts in the classroom, their personal appearance, and overall behavior. students and patrons express their school pride through participation in and support of a wide variety of academic and extracurricular activities. The district boasts the highest percentage of secondary classes (7-12) taught by "Highly Qualified" teachers in the State of Utah. We encourage teachers to continue their education. A growing number of them are taking advantage of the district's close proximity to several universities in pursuit of graduate degrees. One of the major advantages of teaching in Morgan is the commitment by both teachers and administrators to help you be successful.
