Calloway County Schools

Located in Western Kentucky, Calloway County Schools provide excellent opportunities for our students to pursue a variety of academic and extracurricular activities designed to prepare them for the 21st century. Calloway County Schools offer more than 31 sports and extra-curricular activities as well as a high quality curriculum designed to challenge every student from the gifted/talented to the special needs learner. All schools are accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS). The district has roughly 450 full-time employees and serves around 3,000 students in preschool through high school spending more than $6,000 per student. The annual budget is approximately 23 million dollars a year.

The mission of Calloway County Schools is to empower all students academically, socially, and personally to be lifelong learners capable of thinking, solving problems, and serving as responsible citizens ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
