River Grove School is seeking to hire a full time K-5 Health/SEL Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.

Job Summary:
Develop and implement high quality health instruction aligned to the Illinois Learning Standards, while developing a positive rapport with students; provide a learning environment that supports students use of 21st century learning skills; use of effective and positive communication skills and establish positive, collegial relationships within the school community.

Qualifications:
Candidates must hold or be eligible to hold Illinois Professional Licensure and be certified to work with students in grades K - 5 and have some coursework in health.

Working Conditions: 
River Grove School District 85.5 is a PreK through eighth grade district serving the students and families of River Grove, IL. The District consists of one PreK-8 building and District Offices located at 2650 Thatcher Avenue. RGS offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.
