ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS
Organizes and manages all standardized testing (including, but not limited to, PSAT/NMSQT, ACCESS, ACT/Pre-ACT, Advanced Placement)
Maintains accurate and complete records
Coordinates distribution and collection of secure test materials, administering, supervising and proctoring tests in accordance with the established test calendar, providing and completing all test documents or reports to the including but not limited to school, district, state, national and College Board by established deadlines
Communicates and coordinates with the Special Education staff, 504 coordinator, and other school relevant staff regarding special testing provisions for students with individual educational and 504 plans
Plans and assigns testing supervisors, proctors and testing rooms
Communicates, manages and processes all fees and monies related to standardized testing
Creates and conducts training to staff regarding exam proctoring
Assists students and families with registration, payment, and other activities related to testing
Communicates and problem-solves with outside organizations for testing
Prepares and maintains accurate and complete records and reports as required by law, state directives, and school policy
Performs other tasks related to the area of responsibilities as requested or assigned by the Associate Principal.

Advanced technology skills including, but not limited to: Google Applications, Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media Platforms and other school-specific applications;

Ability to work effectively and professionally with staff, students, parents and administrators;
Ability to adapt and remain flexible even in the face of changing requirements;
May be asked to adjust work hours including working evening hours based on the needs of the office and school events;
Perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Principal.
SALARY & BENEFITS - TBD with Mr. George Dagres
10-month (195 paid days)
Start Date: Monday, August 4, 2025
End Date: Thursday, June 4, 2026
Annual compensation: $ 51,000
FLSA Status: Exempt (Not eligible for overtime pay)
IMRF pension – employees vested after 10 years of employment

Paid term life insurance policy equal to annual base salary
