AJHS Building Secretary: 11-month position starting August 1, 2025; customer service oriented with strong communication, organizational and computer skills required.
 
Qualifications:

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service/secretarial experience preferred – School District experience favorable.
  • Bilingual or experience working with multicultural/multilingual populations preferred. 
• Strong computer skills with experience using MS Office software and Google Workspace – PowerSchool software experience favorable.
• Broad knowledge of office and administration procedures and functions.
• Must be detail oriented and deadline driven with strong organizational, written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must have excellent analytical ability to proactively work out problems and implement solutions.
• Must maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, trust and confidence.
