Description

Summer Intern
 
Terms of Employment: June - August
Department: Technology
Reports To: Director of Technology
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support summer projects such as the setup, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of technology equipment including desktops, laptops, tablets, and other devices.
 
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for hardware and software issues under the supervision of the technology staff.
 
  • Assist in inventorying and tagging equipment.
 
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
  • Current high school/college student with an interest in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  Pay range starts at $15 /hour 
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office, Windows, ChromeOS, and iOS operating systems.
 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., DHCP, DNS, VLANs).
 
  • Graphic design or multimedia editing experience is a plus.
