Description
The Twin Falls School District serves over 7,000 students. It is comprised of seven elementary schools, two junior high schools, one alternative high school, and one traditional high school. The district is ranked eighth in size among Idaho's 114 school districts. It operates on an annual budget of nearly $40 million dollars and has over 400 certified and 400 classified staff. The district is governed by a five-member Board of Trustees who are elected by the public and serve without pay.
