Recruitment Office Mission: The Recruitment Office of Duval County Public Schools effectively and efficiently recruits, selects, and hires qualified teacher candidates to serve in the classrooms for our children. The Mission of the Recruitment Office is to recruit the best and brightest teachers that are a great fit for this Urban School District, and select teachers who are dedicated to providing all of our children with a quality standards-based education that will enhance their academic achievement and performance.
