Welcome to Clay County District Schools! We are an A-rated, mid-sized, suburban public school district serving the fastest growing county in Florida! Nestled throughout 601 picturesque square-miles of Northeast Florida, Clay County District Schools has 27 elementary schools, six junior high schools, seven high schools, two alternative programs, and one K-12 virtual school. Our schools serve Orange Park, Middleburg, Green Cove Springs, Fleming Island, Penney Farms, Clay Hill, Oakleaf, and Keystone Heights. A variety of programs across the district allow our nearly 39,000 students to discover endless possibilities for success. Clay County District Schools exist to prepare life-long learners for success in a global and competitive workplace and acquire applicable life skills. Our mission is to work collaboratively with all community members to provide a public education experience that is motivating, challenging, and rewarding for all children. We will increase student achievement by providing students with learning opportunities that are rigorous, relevant, and applicable to the world they live in today and the world they will build in the future.
