Description

Volunteer Coaches must hold or be eligible for Connecticut coaching permit and have current CPR and First Aid training and completion of head and injury course.

Candidates must complete an online application and must supply two current, signed letters of reference, copies of coaching permit, current CPR and First Aid training and Concussion Coaching Module 15 certificate.
