Moffat County School District Re No. 1

The School District Moffat County School District is the only school district in Moffat County, which spans an area of 4,836 square miles and serves approximately 2400 students Preschool through 12th grade. Craig is the largest community in the district and is home to Moffat County High School, Craig Middle School, Early Childhood Center and four Elementary schools, one of which is a small rural school located in Maybell CO. Many of the students in the district are transported to school by bus. The District's 25 buses transport roughly a thousand students each day.
