Harrisburg School District

Harrisburg School District now consists of 5 schools. Harrisburg Elementary School, Harrisburg Middle School, Harrisburg, High School, Weiner Elementary School, and Weiner High School. Today Harrisburg School District has 1380 students.

The mission of the Harrisburg Public Schools is to provide quality education in a functional and safe environment for all children. We believe in an equitable education not limited by race, sex, creed, socio-economic status or disabilities. We will provide a relevant and challenging curriculum for each student which will promote higher level thinking skills, develop working skills in technology, positive human relationships and the skills to be a responsible, productive citizen in an ever-changing world.
