Description
Milburn Public Schools is a rural K - 12 public school located in Milburn, Oklahoma, in Johnston County. The Milburn Public School campus consists of a high school building serving grades 9-12, an elementary building serving grades K through 8, a gymnasium, auditorium, cafeteria, library, and an agricultural building that houses our ag related classes and projects. Milburn School employs a total of thirty-five personnel. Milburn Public Schools, home of the Eagle, takes pride in community outreach and providing our students with a quality education.
Mission Statement
The Milburn Board of Education, the administrators, the teachers, and the staff believe that all students can and will learn while attending Milburn Public Schools. Milburn Public Schools will provide students with the learning opportunities and education needed to process information and develop the necessary skills in order to become responsible, knowledgeable, and productive citizens. This will be accomplished by the offering of challenging curriculum provided in a safe, orderly climate by highly qualified educators with the cooperation and direct involvement of the parents and the community.
