Description
We are located in the southeastern portion of the great state of Oklahoma. Just as in its early days, Atoka is still located on one of the nation’s most important trade routes, US Hwy. 69/75. This highway is the most direct route between the Mexican border at Laredo, Texas and St. Louis, Missouri. The City of Atoka has a current population of 3100 residents, while the county has a population of approximately of 14, 300. Well known for its hunting and fishing, Atoka has a vibrant and growing economy based on agriculture and manufacturing.
