Description
With its mission to “Educate Every Child,” Dare County Schools serves a growing student population currently approaching 5000. With a staff 675 strong, DCS is the largest employer in Dare County. Each Dare County school has received accreditation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, and every school met the Federal “No Child Left Behind” standards in 2004.
