QUALIFICATIONS:                       RN License
                                                          2 years of nursing experience prefered
 
DUTIES:                                          Communicating with pediatric nurses/ physicians;
                                                                        Scheduling of services, writing and monitoring health plans, emergency plans, medical-based 504 plans;
                                                                        Providing direct services to children with school health plans;
                                                                       
                                                                        Provide direct nursing care to students that may include but is not limited to management of G-Tubes, urinary catheterizations and insulin dosing and administration via syringe or pump.  Oversee case management for students with chronic health conditions, perform daily medication administration, address acute illness and injury.  Promote public health through education on illness prevention and health promotion, overseeing immunization compliance, and illness surveillance.  Complete nursing documentation utilizing electronic health record.
