Description
PRIMARY TASKS & MAJOR ACTIVITIES
Provide leadership in the ongoing development and improvement of the football program through coordination, planning, evaluation, and implementation of programs. Responsible for information contained in the Student Activities Procedures Guide and the implementation of the procedures within as well as MSHSAA and district policies/procedures. Assist Head Coach with planning, execution, and supervision of all practice sessions and competitions. Assist Head Coach with planning and preparation for the season, off-season conditioning, equipment management, and other tasks as directed. Be loyal to the school's entire academic program.
EDUCATIONAL/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Missouri teaching certificate preferred; previous baseball coaching experience preferred. Willingness to understand and support the District's Comprehensive School Improvement Plan. Must successfully pass a background check and drug test that are satisfactory to the Board of Education.
