The Team You Will Join You’ll be part of the Exceptional Special Services team, working closely with teachers, school leadership and counselors. This team is responsible for ensuring students receive the appropriate services, accommodations and supports the students academically.

The Difference You Will Make In this role, your work will directly impact students and families by ensuring IEPs and 504 plans are implemented and that students receive the service and accommodations they need to thrive.
You’ll help support learners, ensure compliance and enhance the student experience, contributing to Primavera’s mission in a meaningful and visible way.
A Typical Day Looks Like While no two days are exactly the same, you can expect to: Communicating with students and parents on a weekly basis via phone, email, live video sessions, and other means Write and enforce IEPs and 504s Collaborate with other members of the Exceptional Student Services team and General Education Instructors to ensure students are receiving the appropriate support and accommodations Participate in professional development and departmental meetings as needed Assist the Student Study Team in evaluating and monitoring students Perform 45-day screenings and other duties as necessary to comply with all applicable state and federal regulations
This role balances independent work and collaboration and is well-suited for someone who enjoys supporting students, managing details, communication clearly and working with purpose.
