Must hold a license issued by Utah State Office of Education.
The license must be in Secondary Education (6-12) (Level 1).
The license position area must be in Physics.
The license must be in one of the following grades: 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th.
The license status must be active or about to graduate from a state-approved teacher preparation program.
Description
Physics teacher position for General and Honors Physics classes. Preference for a teacher with specialized knowledge of Robotics and Engineering Principles. The teacher will implement the Utah Core Content and the AMES curriculum. The teacher provides needed support for student success, and collaborates with colleagues to increase student achievement.
AMES participates in the Utah Retirement System (URS).

Compensation will be based on AMES salary schedule and years of experience and education.
