QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, information technology, or other related field, preferred, or appropriate experience will be considered as a qualification for this role in lieu of a degree in a related field
2. Experience working with educational software platforms and HR platforms
3. Experience managing HR information systems updates, changes, and implementations
4. Knowledge of education HR database design and functions
5. Detail and process-oriented, and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams
6. Skilled in demonstrating innovation and creativity by continually improving internal processes and procedures
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
8. Able to work in a dynamic organization by balancing multiple priorities
9. Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace and managing data
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills
11. Effective presentation skills for communication strategy and process

Salary range: $85,000 - $95,000   Benefits:  Medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance, pension, flexible spending account (FSA)
