**TYPE: **Heating/Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (HVAC) Teacher Full-time Position
START: November 2026
LOCATION: Lehigh Career and Technical Institute, 4500 Education Park Drive, Schnecksville, PA 18078
CURRICULUM: Responsible to offer a Heating/Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Program within the LCTI curriculum model.
CONTRACT: Salary, benefits, and conditions per current negotiated agreement between the LCTI Joint Operating Committee and the LCTI Education Association.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successful credential review for Occupational Competency area for HVAC Maintenance Technology PA (Air Conditioning 2010).
- Minimum four (4) years' full-time work experience above & beyond training period.
- EPA Section 608 Certification required.
- Willingness to pursue and maintain industry recognized credentials, certifications, and/or program accreditation.
- Willingness to pursue and maintain permanent teaching certification (CIP code 47.0201 - Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician).
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with high school youth a plus, but not required
- Capable of fulfilling all job responsibilities as indicated on the LCTI CTE Teacher Position Description.
- Act 34, 151, & 114 clearances required
