Position:



		Elementary Teacher of Students with Disabilities – Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Parkway Elementary School
Effective Date(s):		2026-2027 school year

Employment Terms:		10 month school year
Full-time; eligible for health insurance benefits
Position is associated with the terms and conditions of the negotiated Agreement between the Educational Association of Paramus (EAP) and
the Board of Education.
Reports To:		Director of Pupil Personnel Services/Principal/Supervisor of Special Services
Job Goal(s):		To provide an approved elementary education program and establish a
class environment that fosters learning and personal growth; to help students develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for continued education; and to maintain good relationships with parents and other staff members

Qualifications:
Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities
*and* Elementary K-6 Certifications
Salary:		Starting salary of $57,547.00 Placement on the Education Association of Paramus (EAP) Salary Guide, in accordance with experience and related qualifications
