Salary Range: One time stipend per Collective Bargaining Agreement of $1,998 - $2,703 depending on paid coaching experience.

Essential Responsibilities: This is not an exhaustive or all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills, duties or functions associated with the job.

• Plan and lead archery club practices for elementary students.
• Communicate effectively with school personnel, student athletes, and parents/guardians.
• Maintain archery equipment and inventory.
• Coordinate facility use with the office manager.
• Teach proper archery techniques, safety procedures, and range etiquette.
• Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Supervise students and maintain a safe archery range.
• Prepare students for competitions and support participation in NASP events.
• Follow all district, school, and NASP policies and procedures.

Requirements: 

• Must have or be able to obtain a valid coaching certificate and First Aid/CPR certification.
• Must be NASP (National Archery in the Schools Program) certified or able to obtain NASP certification.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
• Previous archery or coaching experience preferred.
