New Jersey Teaching Certificate; Teacher of English Experience in teaching standards-based ELA curricula Familiarity with the reading and writing challenges, such as dyslexia and dysgraphia Experience in developing students' critical thinking and inferring abilities Experience in developing and implementing differentiated instructional activities in the ELA classroom Experience in the effective use of instructional technology to support ELA instruction Ability to work in a collaborative setting Experience in organizing and conducting professional development activities to support adult learners
