NJ Elementary Teacher Certificate Standard or Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (CEAS)
Strong understanding of the NJ Learning Standards in ELA
Ability to work in a collaborative setting
Ability to differentiate instruction
Exemplary academic credentials and references
Previous experience working with elementary school students
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of and experience providing targeted interventions for at-risk and struggling students
