School Nurse (Full-Time)

Lindbergh Elementary School

The Palisades Park School District is seeking a qualified Full-Time School Nurse for Lindbergh Elementary School, serving students in Grades 1–6.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, first aid, and emergency treatment to students and staff.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and district policy.
• Maintain student health records and ensure compliance with state health and immunization requirements.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs).
• Conduct required health screenings and monitor students with chronic health conditions.
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, parents/guardians, and healthcare providers to support student health and wellness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or Superintendent.

Salary & Benefits: In accordance with the negotiated agreement.
