Coaching Positions - Thorne Middle School 2026 - 2027

Positions available for the 2026-2027 School Year:

• Assistant Cross Country

• Girls Soccer

   

Qualifications:

• Minimum Certification requirement:  Substitute Teacher
• Coaching Experience
  • Some successful coaching experience preferred.  
• Employment in District
  • Full-time teaching assignment in Middletown Township Public Schools preferred.  
• Sports Management
  • Ability to proactively manage student academic and behavioral support, scheduling, budgeting, equipment and materials.  
• Sports Knowledge
  • Proficiency in the technical aspects of the sport being coached, including the latest training and conditioning techniques to ensure the safety of the student athlete.
