School Bus Driver - Full Time - Batavia Local Schools (up to $2500 signing bonus)

Recruitment and Retention Bonus Structure

New drivers without their CDL who receive paid training from the District:

$500 after obtaining a CDL AND one month of successful driving.

$500 after 6 months of successful driving.

$500 after the first day of the one-year hire anniversary.

 

Drivers with their CDL

$1500 signing bonus

$500 after 6 months of successful driving.

$500 after the first day of the one-year hire anniversary.

 

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must possess valid clear driver’s license
• Class B CDL with school bus and passenger endorsement  
• Must be able to pass background checks and compliance
  • Criminal history check  (BCII & FBI)
  • BMV check
  • DOT Drug Test and physical
