Lewis-Palmer School District 38 is looking for a full time Human Resources Specialist II to join the Human Resources team. The Human Resources Specialist II works as part of a team providing high quality human resources services to staff of Lewis-Palmer School District. This position is responsible for processing transactions related to employment to include separations, staff leave, setting new hire pay, policy compliance, data collection and reporting, workers compensation, and other HR transactional functions. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and internal partners, ensuring responsive service and a positive employee experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with discretion and professionalism.
The starting salary range for this position is $26.32 - $28.44. This is a full time position that is eligible for benefits, and will work a 261 day calendar.
