JOB DESCRIPTION

The Desktop Support Technician works to fulfill the needs of the District Information Technology (IT) Department for the purposes of performing on-site technical work to install and maintain computer equipment, network and software applications throughout the district. Support end users in the utilization of technology programs and equipment.
