Description
The Governor Wentworth Regional School District is seeking an innovative, collaborative educator to serve as a Grades 7–12 Instructional Coach. This position provides a unique opportunity to work alongside teachers across all secondary content areas to strengthen instructional practice and improve student outcomes.
The successful candidate will partner with educators to support:
- Competency-Based Education
- Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
- Differentiated Instruction
- Student Sense-Making and Engagement Strategies
- Assessment for Learning
- Curriculum and Instructional Design
This is a non-evaluative coaching position focused on building educator capacity through collaboration, modeling, co-planning, co-teaching, and professional learning.
Minimum Qualifications
- NH certification as a Grades 7–12 educator (or appropriate secondary endorsement)
- Minimum five years of successful teaching experience
- Demonstrated instructional leadership and collaborative skills
