Varsity Basketball Coach (Boys) 

       QUALIFICATIONS   

1. State of Ohio Teacher's Certificate
2. Valid Ohio Driver's License
3. Valid Pupil Activity Permit  (PAP)  Issued by the Ohio Department of Education
4. Completion of Concussion Class from NFHS within the past three years
5. Completion of an approved First Aid/Sports Injury prevention program within the past three years
6. Completion of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training course within the past two years
7. Completion of "Sudden Cardiac Arrest" training program within the past 12 months
8. Successful completion  of the NFHS "Fundamentals of Coaching" course
9. Desire to invest time during the season
10. Ability to relate to and inspire young athletes
11. Knowledge of sport with an emphasis on fundamentals
12. Knowledge of training and conditioning techniques
13. Ability to diagnose player deficiencies/prescribe corrective activities
14. Ability to make minor repairs on equipment
15. Organizational skills/resources to enhance the program
16. Skill in oral presentations
17. Ability to get along with other coaches
18. A satisfactory report from Criminal Records check
