Description:
The Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District, an award winning, Central Monmouth, K-8 school district with a tradition of excellence in education, is seeking a Replacement Substitute School Counselor position for Manalapan-Englishtown Middle School with the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Must hold proper NJ certification
- 2702 School Counselor, or
- 2701 Student Personnel Services or
- 3200 School Social Worker, or
- 3100 School Psychologist (with non-CST duties)
- Enrolled in or willing to enroll in a program or possess a CE, CEAS, or Standard New Jersey Certificate – 3461 Student Assistance Coordinator (SAC)
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, staff & community
- Middle School experience preferred
- Experience with developing behavioral intervention plans following a multi-tiered system of supports
- Provide individual and group counseling
- Experience conducting harassment, intimidation, and bullying investigations
- Knowledge on creating, implementing, and maintaining 504's
- Experience with Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB) investigations

- Daily Rate of Pay:
- $315.50
